TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. SELLER IDENTIFICATION

2. PURPOSE
These terms govern the sale of cosmetic products through this website.

 

3. PRODUCTS
All products comply with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 on cosmetic products of the European Union, as well as with Spanish Royal Decree 1599/1997 of 17 October on cosmetic products, ensuring product safety, composition, labeling, and the obligations of the responsible person according to current Spanish legislation.
Product descriptions and images are provided with the utmost accuracy. However, due to technical limitations, display settings, or natural variations in production, slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute a defect.

 

4. PRICES
Prices include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, including any applicable taxes and fees, are displayed to the customer before the completion of the order, ensuring full transparency of total payment.

 

5. ORDER PROCESS
The customer selects the products, adds them to the cart, enters the required contact and delivery details, and completes the order by making the payment. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

 

6. PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Stripe / others

 

7. SHIPPING
Shipping is available within Spain and the European Union. At this time, shipping is not available to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, or the island regions of Portugal.
Estimated delivery time: provided in the Shipping Policy.

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, customers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase.

⚠️ Important exception (cosmetics):
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned.

 

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless defective)

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days

 

10. LIABILITY
The seller is not responsible for improper use of the products.
Customers are advised to carefully review the list of ingredients prior to use, particularly in case of known allergies or sensitivities. The seller shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to do so.

 

11. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Spanish data protection laws.

 

12. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. 

In the event of any dispute, the parties may seek resolution through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
