RETURN POLICY

We want you to shop with confidence. If you wish to return your order, please review the following policy.

 

1. ElIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OF UNUSED PRODUCTS

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery;

  • be unused and in its original condition;

  • be returned in its original packaging;

  • have the original tamper-evident security seal on the e-commerce box fully intact and unbroken.

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, products with a broken, removed or damaged security seal are considered opened and cannot be returned, unless they are defective or were delivered incorrectly.

 

2. STANDARD RETURNS 

For returns of non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

To arrange a return, please contact us by email, stating the reason for the return. We will provide you with the address of the designated returns receiving centre where your parcel should be sent and guide you through the next steps.

Once we receive your return, the product will be carefully inspected. If the returned item complies with the return conditions outlined above, we will process your refund accordingly, deducting, where applicable, the cost of the return shipment.

3. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number together with photos of the product and its packaging.

Once your claim has been approved, we will arrange and pay for the return shipment directly from your delivery address. To organize the collection, you will be asked to provide your contact details and the collection address.

If the customer chooses to arrange the return shipment independently, any shipping costs incurred will not be reimbursed.

 

4. REFUNDS

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after the returned product has been accepted.
