COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY REGULATIONS
OF YOUR NEW PRODUCTS
This stage is most important, as here we make sure, that developed products can be sold in the EU market, so we can move further to purchasing and production stages.
- We enable full compliance with EC Regulation 1223/2009, as well as the Spanish Royal Decree 85/2018, of february 23nd
- We manage products safety testing, stability and product/packaging compatibility tests at accredited EU laboratories
- We organize tests to determine products shelf life
- We don't forget the important thing: claims confirmation in accordance with EU Regulation 655/2013
- Safety dossiers preparation and expert approval

PURCHASING STAGE FOR THE FURTHER PRODUCTION OF YOUR PRODUCTS
- We work with recyclable packaging certified with ECOCERT/COSMOS standards, thus contributing to greener manufacturing practices
- We purchase natural, eco-certified, plant ingredients, which are just as functional as their chemical analogues, and yet safe
- We order labels and boxes for your new products, interact directly with printing houses, attend test printing to ensure quality, color matching, and positioning of all elements
PRODUCTION OF THE FIRST AND ALL THE NEXT BATCHES OF YOUR PRODUCTS
Manufacturing process in our laboratory is organized in accordance with the Requirements ISO 22716: Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetic Products.
- Analytical control and laboratory tests are carried out for each production batch.
- Before shipment we send you samples for approval
- Your products will be ready for shipment just in time, terms of shipment and delivery are negotiated individually
POST-SHIPPING SUPPORT
We continue to take care of your project on a long-term basis:
- Information support: we provide certificates and other documents, help to answer questions about products from end customers
